Saw this tip on a website: Everyone has an impulse to be modest. But, an interview is no time to downplay your achievements. Before going into an interview, it's important to uncover your "Wow" factors. Reflect on your academic and professional career and ask yourself: "What specific accomplishments am I most proud of?" An interview is NOT the time to be humble or shy.
